Quotes are based on the fiber, size, construction, and condition of your rug or carpet. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection at our facility. We will notify you of any change before proceeding.
Care & liability
We handle every item with professional care using industry-certified methods. While rare, some pre-existing conditions (dry rot, unstable dyes, prior damage) can affect outcomes; we will discuss any risks with you before cleaning.
Payment & pickup
Payment is due upon completion. Cleaned items are returned via our free delivery or may be picked up from our facility during business hours.
