What you are actually looking at
Each of these rugs was picked up or shipped in, inspected, dusted, full-immersion hand-washed, dried under controlled conditions, and groomed before it went home, and several were repaired at the bench on the way through. Nothing here is a stock image or a rendering. If your rug looks like one of these did, it is worth an inspection before you write it off.

About this gallery
Are these photos of your own work?
Yes. Every image in this gallery is a real rug that came through our Boise facility, photographed here. We do not use stock or generated imagery to represent work, because a photograph of a job is the only honest evidence of what we can do.
Can you fix a rug that looks as bad as these did?
Often, yes. Many rugs we photograph arrived with pet damage, heavy soiling, or unravelling edges. The honest answer depends on the fiber, the dyes, and how far the damage has gone, which is why every rug gets an inspection and a written assessment first.
Do you work on collectible and antique rugs?
We do. Our team holds Certified Master Rug Cleaner, IICRC, and WoolSafe credentials and cleans fragile antique and silk rugs with conservation-safe methods. If a piece has real material or sentimental value, tell us at pickup so we handle it accordingly.
