Photos sharpen the number
A shot of the front, the back, and any damage tells us the construction, the fiber, and the work involved. The more we can see, the closer the first number is to the final one.
The written price comes before the work
When the rug reaches us we measure it, check its condition, and confirm the price in writing. You approve it before anything touches water. That is house policy on every job.
Quote first, or book a pickup straight away?
Both doors lead to the same wash floor. If you already know the rug needs cleaning, you can skip the form and schedule a free pickup, since every rug gets an inspection and a written price at intake anyway. The quote form is the better first step when you have repair questions, a fragile or unusual piece, several rugs to plan for, or you simply want a number in hand before anything is collected.
