Book your free pickup
Tell us a little about the rug. A Certified Master Rug Cleaner calls you back to confirm a pickup window that suits you. There is no charge for pickup or delivery, and no obligation to go ahead once you have seen the written price.

How free rug pickup and delivery works
Five steps, and four of them are ours. Your part is rolling the rug up.
1. Schedule
Send the form above or call (208) 272-9705. A Certified Master Rug Cleaner calls you back to agree a pickup window anywhere in Ada or Canyon county.
2. We come to you
Roll the rug up and leave it where it is. Our team does the wrapping and the lifting at your door, so you never have to move or carry it yourself.
3. We wrap and transport
The rug is rolled rather than folded, which keeps creases and cracked foundations out of it, then wrapped and laid flat in the van for the drive to Boise.
4. We clean or repair it
At the 6,000 sq ft facility your rug is inspected and quoted in writing first, then dusted, full-immersion hand-washed, rinsed, dried under controlled conditions, and groomed.
5. We deliver it back
The finished rug is wrapped again and brought back to your door, clean, dry, and groomed. Delivery is free, the same as the pickup was.
Most rugs are back with you in 7 to 10 business days. Antiques, heavy pet contamination, and repair or reweaving work take longer, and you get a realistic date with the written estimate rather than after the fact.
Both directions, no charge
Leave it rolled by the door. We do the rest, and we bring it back.

Not on the list? Call us anyway. Our facility is at 2905 W Overland Rd in Boise, and Caldwell sits at the far edge of the free area, so anywhere between there and us is comfortably inside it. If you are past that, tell us where you are and you will get a straight answer rather than a runaround. Outside the valley entirely, we clean rugs shipped to us from anywhere in the country, with insured door-to-door return.
Why we collect the rug instead of cleaning it in your home
A fine rug holds pounds of dry soil down in its foundation, and pet urine soaks all the way through to the back. Neither comes out on your floor, because there is nowhere for the water and the soil to go. Cleaning in place moves the problem around the surface and leaves the rug damp, which is where the musty smell comes from afterwards.
Submerging the rug is what flushes the foundation, and controlled drying afterwards is what stops the dyes migrating. Doing that takes a wash floor, a centrifuge, and a drying room, which is why the rug has to come to us. The free pickup exists so that costs you nothing. There is more on the trade-off in our guide to in-home versus facility rug cleaning, and the full sequence is on the rug washing process page.

Repair & protection
What it costs to have a rug collected
Nothing. Pickup, delivery, and the inspection are free, and that is true whether you go ahead with the cleaning or not. If you see the written price and decide against it, we bring the rug back at no charge.
The cleaning itself is priced by the square foot, and what moves the number is size, fiber, and condition. Repair work is quoted by the job. Either way you see the figure before anyone starts, and there is a breakdown of what drives it on our rug cleaning cost page.
Pickup and delivery questions
Is rug pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, genuinely free, both directions. There is no collection charge, no return delivery charge, and no trip fee anywhere in our service area. You also see an exact written price after we inspect the rug, and you can decline at that point and have the rug brought straight back at no cost.
How far do you travel for a free pickup?
Across Ada and Canyon counties: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, and Garden City, including the North End, the Bench, and the outlying subdivisions. If you are outside the Treasure Valley, we still clean your rug. See our ship your rug page for insured door-to-door shipping instead.
How long until I get my rug back?
Most rugs are cleaned and delivered back within 7 to 10 business days. Delicate antiques, heavy pet contamination, and repair or reweaving work take longer. We give you a realistic date when we inspect the rug, and we call you rather than leaving you guessing.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
We sort that out on the booking call. A Certified Master Rug Cleaner phones to confirm your window and agrees with you how the rug will be collected and returned, so it suits your day. Either way, all you have to do is roll the rug up and leave it where it is.
How do you protect the rug in transport?
Your rug is rolled rather than folded, which keeps creases and cracked foundations out of it, then wrapped before it goes in the van. It travels flat in the load rather than being stood on end. Rugs come back wrapped the same way after cleaning, dry and groomed.
