Devin Frizzell, MRC
Born in Norfolk Virginia, and raised up and down the east coast, he has lived in many states from Florida to Alaska. Harnessing his creativity and experiences in varied careers from commercial fishing, the film industry, sailing, business jet aircraft interior design and VIP Interior installations, he joined the high end cleaning industry in 2015 and never looked back. During his 20 year career in Aviation, Devin planted roots in Boise in 2008 and has been enjoying all that Idaho has to offer since. Devin enjoys staying active with his family, and every once in a while, Derick will allow him on the rug washing floor. Devin holds Master Rug Cleaner, IICRC and Woolsafe Certifications, and also an Airframe and Powerplant license from the FAA. Devin is also the Managing Partner of Fiber ProTector America.
Derick Porter , MRC, Rug Restorative Cleaning Specialist
Derick Porter is a fifth generation Idahoan whose families lineage dates back to the early days of Idaho Statehood. His early career was spent in the service and hospitality business where he excelled at providing outstanding customer service. Derick spent half a decade in the VIP aviation interior industry where his keen eye for detail led him to become highly specialized in the custom hand tufted carpet installation and custom upholstery area of the industry. Heading up Fiber Specialties Fine Rug Restorative Cleaning department, he holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification and is also a Certified Mater Rug Cleaner. Derick is continually attending classes, training events, and communicating with industry frontrunners to hone his craft and keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Derick enjoys spending time with his daughter Lily and keeping up with his favorite team, the Green Bay Packers.
Jim Bardwell – Director of Great Relationships!
Jim is from South Louisiana, where the art of descriptive storytelling is a time-honored tradition. Jim’s love of people and his need for a fast-paced, exciting, and merit-driven vocation naturally led him to a career in sales and marketing. He has spent the last 25 years working for and with some of the most successful, high-end textile restoration and protection firms in the country. Jim’s accomplishments in this field has led to opportunities to share his experience both as a consultant and speaker. Jim is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer and a DISC Certified Trainer personally trained by Robert A. Rohm Ph.D.
